The Wine Advocate:

They talk about the 2014 Volvoreta as a 'natural' wine, fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured in a combination of French oak barrels and clay amphorae. It has a fruit-driven nose, quite perfumed and floral, with nicely integrated oak and a juicy, fresh palate with ripe fruit flavors and some tannins that would welcome some powerful food. 15,000 bottles produced. - Luis Gutiérrez.
