Viña Zorzal Crianza 2019

There is a new 2019 Crianza, a wine they selected from the historical zone of Corella, Cintruénigo and Fitero. It was produced in a style with good ripeness (13.9% alcohol) and freshness (pH 3.4) with fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and low extraction and aging in used 300-liter French oak barrels. It has a similar profile to their Garnachas, keeping the varietal purity and the elegant, balanced and nuanced style. It is a blend of all their different wines, keeping the Zorzal profile and fulfilling the conditions to obtain the Crianza back label. 11,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2021.
