Once again, I tasted the 2014 Valsotillo Finca Buenavista and found that one extra year in bottle has done it good. It continues with its modern profile and image, open and aromatic. The palate is soft, and the tannins are round, with a lush texture, approachable and easy to drink. 40,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in December 2016.
