Jaime de Simón deliberately picks out the wines with the most structure and acidity for his Gran Reserva blend to ensure that it has a long life. Tempranillo and 10% Graciano make up the blend here and are just starting to evolve into something with subtle forest floor and balsamic notes. Still young, this will reward cellaring. 2023-32
