This highly unusual white is made entirely with Mazuelo Blanco and is unique in Rioja. Fermented and aged in porcelain eggs, it's a superb expression of the San Roman vineyard, with quince and blood orange flavours, some sweet spices and a pithy, structured finish. 2023-28
