Tempranillo from Oscar Tobía's base in Cuzcurrita provides the core of this blend with 13% Graciano and 7% Garnacha from the Rioja Baja, all aged in equal amounts of French and American oak.  Rich,  firm,  serious and smoky, with plenty of texture and structure and appealing vanilla spice sweetness.
