The Wine Advocate:

There is a new white from the obscure Mantua de Pilas o Uva Rey variety, the 2019 Tivo. This is not showy, aromatic or expressive; it's elegant and subtle, with notes of white flowers and some dried herbs, clean and with a fresh spark of acidity and a saline touch. It finishes long and dry, with a chalky sensation. It fermented in stainless steel and oak and matured for 20 months. It has 13% alcohol, a pH of 3.25 and good freshness.
