Saca de 2021. Deep mahogany hue. Super intense and rich nose with walnut, sour dough, dried papaya, dried apricot, brown sugar, salted caramel, almond and orange peel. Salty and “painfully” concentrated, yet bright, with a tangy, persistent finish. Endless. The longer you sit with this wine, the more you’d appreciate the beauty of it. Consistently a great Amontillado.

This gem is old and refined, almost decadent, but still subtle. Aromas of crème brûlée, vanilla, treacle, wood polish, honey and toffee apple leap out of the glass!
