Dominated  by Jaén Blanco, with 10% Viura and Malvasía, this comes from multiple parcels in the hamlet of Viñaspre, and is fermented like a red wine on its skins, with oxidative handling. It's a bold, even extreme white, showing tannin and grip, high acidity and notes of juniper, wild herbs and quince. 2019-22
