L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The 2020 Tabuca, the old name of their village Tabuenca, was produced with Garnacha from their vineyards with red clay, iron and sand soils that ripen earlier and have livelier tannins. It fermented in open vats and matured in 500-liter oak barrels for 10 months. It's ripe at 15% alcohol and has the sweet spices from the oak. It's medium to full-bodied, has fine tannins and is more Mediterranean than the 2021 I tasted next to it. 8,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2021.
