This still needs a moment to open up, but then the aromas of dried peach, chamomile and oolong tea expand in the glass. A very mellow and autumnal personality on the rather full-bodied palate. Austere, bone-dry finish with quite some salty minerality. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
