100% Chardonnay matured in large, oak foudres to keep the fruit in centre place. Fresh, slightly lean and zesty; white peach, green pear and lemon zest, with racy, chalky acidity. This is almost like a cool-climate Chardonnay. Mouth-watering and dry on the finish. 2024-2030
