L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The 2019 Quinta do Orgal is an 80/18 blend of Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca (with a dollop of Sousão) aged for 16 months in used French barriques. It comes in at 14.1% alcohol. This adds far more power and more concentration, at least in terms of mouthfeel, to the regular Tinto. Tightly wound just now and finishing with some pop, this beautifully constructed and very precise wine is impressive. It's fresh and lively, never ponderous or jammy. The mid-palate finesse is appealing. It looks like a candidate for the best in the brand so far. You'd be advised to wait a couple of years on it. It might then hold for 20 years from vintage date, but let's be a little conservative just now.
