L'avis des experts

Tim Atkin:

Que Bonito Cacarabea combines Viura with 30% Garnacha Blanca and 25% Malvasía from the San Vicente de la Sonsierra parcels of El Bombón, La Rad, El Sauco, Sacramento, Burdarán and Las Llanas. Fermented in new French oak, it has aromas of wild flowers and acacia honey, some tannic grip, sweet spices and a core of aniseed, pear and citrus. 2023-29

The Wine Advocate:

The white 2021 Qué Bonito Cacareaba feels more elegant, with better balance and fresher than the same wine from the 2022 vintage that I tasted next to it. The profile is similar—clean, young and modern, with notes of waxy apples, white flowers, pollen and spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with 14.5% alcohol and very good balance and acidity. - Luis Gutiérrez.
