The Wine Advocate:
The 2018 Puppi Barbarot is a ripe and powerful blend of Tempranillo and 15% Merlot that provides for quite attractive and heady aromas of black fruit and herbs. The palate is full-bodied, with abundant fine tannins and an overall classical style in the Bordeaux sense with a Mediterranean touch. It's quite ripe at 15.24% alcohol. 6,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2020.
