The white Predicador is a blend of Viura with 36% Malvasía and 20% Garnacha Blanca, sourced from a medley of ten parcels on clay and limestone soils. Ripe, honeyed and textured, it’s not a wine that's afraid of flavour or weight, with pear, honey and stone fruit sweetness underpinned by acidity. 2021-24.

The Wine Advocate:

The white 2019 Predicador Blanco is a bend of 44% Viura, 36% Malvasía and 20% Garnacha Blanca from different vineyards in the villages of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Leza and Labastida. It fermented in barrel, 30% new, where the wine matured for eight months. It's 14.04% alcohol and has a pH of 3.15. It's aromatic and powerful, with balance, structure and slightly riper sensations. 10,000 bottles produced.
