Jorge Monzón uses grapes from cooler, clay-based, often north-facing parcels to produce this blend of Tinto Fino and 10% of what he terms "a bit of everything". Predominantly curated in older wood, it's a subtle, nuanced, layered red showing a touch of subtle reduction, violet and potpourri aromas, crunchy bramble and red cherry fruit and a long, mineral-edged finish. 2024-29
