"This is a 15-year-old, characterful and sweet NV Pedro Ximénez en Rama with an oxidative, Jerezano character, quite concentrated and very sweet (it has 436 grams of residual sugar) with a velvety, soft texture and a long finish. The wine is bottled unfiltered in half-liter bottles in small lots."
