There's also a NV Búho Real Pedro Ximénez VORS, a wine certified as being over 30 years of age. It has an opaque brown color, almost black, and is very dense, denser than the corresponding Moscatel, with notes of molasses, dates, espresso coffee and dark chocolate. It has a dense and velvety palate with lots of sweetness and moderate acidity. Consume in very small doses. The price is for a 500-milliliter bottle.
