Jorge Bombín uses grapes from three separate páramos (moorland vineyards) in Moradillo, Peñafiel and Pesquera to produce this impressive wine. Fresh and acid-driven, as many of the 2018s are, this has pomegranate and wild strawberry fruit, savoury tannins, fine oak and a tangy, chalky flourish. 2023-29.
