L'avis des experts

James Suckling:

Complexity here, largely in the form of smooth, spicy and creamy oak. This has a core of peaches and pears with a smooth, fleshy and long, peach finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.

Jab Dunnuck:

Straight-up awesome stuff, the 100% Verdejo 2015 Verdejo Capitel comes from the older vines of the estate and was fermented and aged in four 228-liter and one 600-liter barrel. Thrilling notes of orchard fruits, white flowers, crushed rocks and toasted bread all flow to a full-bodied, concentrated white that has perfect balance, bright acidity, and a great, great finish. It knocks it out of the park on all accounts and is an incredible Verdejo that has both richness and elegance.

The Wine Advocate:

The 2015 Capitel is riper and feels more advance. It has more alcohol and a rounder palate, with more varietal character and less soil than the 2014, which was the most mineral of all. It finishes with the classical bitter twist in the finish. This feels ready now.
