James Suckling:
Lots of fruit here. Full-bodied, round and flavorful. Dark berries, chocolate and hints of wet earth. Layered and flavorful. Drink or hold.
Tim Atkin:
It takes guts to grow Tempranillo at 700 metres in the Rioja Alavesa, but that's the altitude of the vineyard that supplies the grapes for this 50% new French oak-aged red from Laguardia. Peppery, dense and quite firm, with some chalky minerality, lots of freshness and bite and the tannic backbone and fruit weight to age. 2023-30

En 2005, la familia Antón, tras los exitosos proyectos de Finca Villacreces en la D.O. Ribera del Duero y de Bodegas Vetus en Toro, volvió a plantearse nuevas opciones en Rioja.

Lástima que tenga aún unos tatinos poco maduros. Con unos años en botella ha de ser un vino sobervio.
Vino muy bien hecho , cosa que se aprecia en todos los sentidos. Indudablemente es un vino de guarda que en 25 ó 26 estará magnífico.
