Made by two self-styled "indie vignerons", Simón Bracia and Noelia Bebelia, this hails from a five-hectare estate above the Verdugo river in Soutomaior, Rías Baixas' smallest sub-region. Intensely fresh and enticing, it has passion fruit and nectarine flavours, some granitic freshness and a lick of lemon and lime. Promising stuff from an up-and-coming estate. 2023-26

Todo comenzó cuando Simón y Noelia,viticultores, socios, marido y mujer, se plantearon un reto: elaborar un albariño que devolviese a Soutomaior la consideración y fama que siempre tuvieron sus albariños.
