Muré Crémant Prestige
Fiche technique
L'avis des experts
Lots of fresh apples and pears with a hint of toast, making this sleek and medium-bodied Crémant easy to enjoy. A very clean and pure finish. Drink now.
Made from Pinots Blanc, Gris and Noir, and Riesling – the final blend based on a solera method of previous vintages added to the wine of the year. On lees for 12 months and then 18 months ageing in bottle (this one disgorged in 2007). White apricot and pear, with hazelnut notes, yet floral and citrussy on the finish with still vibrant bubbles.
Cider and lime-zest aromas are lean and a bit shy on the nose of this wine. A mousse of small, dense bubbles packs a wallop of acidity with bright, stony lime, but a delicate, powdery magnolia note adds complexity and softness. - Layla Schlack.
Un crémant interesante pero, para mi gusto, demasiado azúcar al final que hace que no sea agradable.
