The Monte Alto estate supplies all the fruit for this pure, elegant, almost chiselled Tinto Fino from César Muñoz, which shows the altitude and cool, windswept nature of this remarkable site. Focused, racy and pared down, it's a wine for purists, with notes of wild herbs and redcurrant and a long, tapering finish. 2022-27.
