Meridiano Perdido 2020

The organic white 2020 Meridiano Perdido was produced with Palomino grapes from albariza soils with 13.5% alcohol and a pH of 3.3 after fermenting with indigenous yeasts and maturing in used 500-liter French oak barrels for 11 months. It's young and tender with notes of apples and a mellow palate with clean flavors, straightforward and pleasant. This has no appellation of origin, so it's not easy to find the vintage on the label; I'm not sure if it's a sticker or the lot number... 3,000 bottles were filled in July 2021.
