A pretty nose of wild strawberries, dark cherries, blueberries, chocolate and walnuts. Some black pepper, too. It’s full-bodied with firm, chalky tannins. Textured and racy. A blend of tempranillo and graciano. Drink now or hold.

All made with fruit from Mendavia in the western part of the Rioja Oriental, this stylish, well-balanced Reserva combines Tempranillo with 15% Graciano. Aged in 10% new French and American oak, it has the colour, concentration and fruit weight to age further in bottle, wit the Graciano adding some grip and focus. 2022-27
