L'avis des experts

James Suckling:

Considering its age, this is holding up rather well. Plenty of candied-orange and some dried-apricot character on the rich, but clean palate, the discreet oak nicely supporting the long finish. Drink now.

Tim Atkin:

Alvia makes one of Rioja's most distinctive white wines, released late and fermented in a combination of French and Hungarian oak. Marrying Viura with Malvasía, it's a rich, concentrated, evolved style with notes of honey, thatch, toast and sweet spices. Drink in between 2019-21
