The Wine Advocate:

The first wine they have produced without added sulfur is the 2020 Lirondo, made with organic Verdejo fermented with wild yeasts and kept with the lees that were not stirred for six months and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The color is cloudy and the nose quite wild, with notes of apples and a touch of cider. The palate is round and soft, finishing dry. It's hard to identify grape or origin. 15,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2021.
