The Wine Advocate:

I tasted a bottle of the sparkling rosé that was disgorged after 40 months in bottle with the lees. The 2018 Les Danses is austere, and the fruit has disappeared. It is low in alcohol (10.26% alcohol) and has a pH of 2.91 with only three grams of sugar, a little sharper, with very fine bubbles; very tasty, clean and supple flavors; and a long, dry finish. They believe the Mandó grapes is the best to be harvested early without any green notes. The wine is fresh but doesn't have any herbal notes. 6,500 bottles produced.
