The creamy and soft 2019 Venta Las Vacas has plenty of notes of licorice and ripe black fruit. It's quite ripe and heady, reflecting the warm and dry character of the year. It has a lush palate and is fruit-driven, with integrated acidity and fine tannins. The oak feels neatly integrated after one year in barrel. 70,000 bottles.
