La Viña de Ayer 2016

The new 2016 La Viña de Ayer from the Cebreros appellation is the same base wine, as it was released before as Vino de la Tierra Castilla y León. This wine had an extended élevage but was kept in concrete and some oak vats. It has tasty floral notes, but will clearly benefit from being served at 14 - 15 degrees Celcius. It was bottled in January of 2018, and there are 50,000 bottles of it.
