La Sillería 2019

There is a sensation of higher ripeness and mellower acidity in the 2019 Parajes Del Infierno La Sillería when tasted next to the 2020, despite having very similar parameters. 2019 was a very warm and dry year when the grapes ripened thoroughly. It fermented in 500- and 600-liter oak barrels with indigenous yeasts and matured there for 12 months plus another 10 months in barrel. It has notes of dry hay and a mellow mouthfeel with integrated acidity and a soft texture. 1,990 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2021.
