La Sillería 2018

The lively and complex 2018 Parajes Del Infierno La Sillería was produced from ancient ungrafted Verdejo in Alcazarén and fermented with indigenous yeasts in 500- and 600-liter oak barrels, where it matured for 12 months followed by a further 10 months in stainless steel. It has a somewhat Burgundian nose with the Verdejo perfume of white flowers, freshly cut grass and citrus, with very good freshness and a powerful but balanced palate. It's delicious and should develop nicely in bottle. 1,160 bottles produced. It was bottled in June 2020.
