L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

"Even if last year I tasted the 2009, I got the 2011 La Mala this time, as the 2010 will be sold later. The 2011 vintage was very warm and ripe, but here the ripeness of the grapes seems to have been contained. The nose is, however, very oaky, and so is the palate. This vineyard, which gives very low yields and naturally concentrated juice, should be able to overcome the oak treatment (16 month in French barriques), but it's a bit of a question mark today. Only 566 bottles were produced, I guess two barrels".
