L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

There is a new NV Manzanilla Pasada En Rama. This first bottling has no indication of the saca (bottling date), which will make it impossible to distinguish from future wines (unless the saca is added to the label in all future bottlings). It is a very old Manzanilla that has lost the flor and started its oxidative journey. It has a cheesy touch and feels relatively light, perhaps 10 years old. It's tasty and sapid, with a salty twist.

Decanter:

Smoke and brioche aromas. Elegant palate with subtle stony, iodine notes. Squeaky clean, with a salty delicacy.
