Aromas of lemon, mandarin, oyster shell and white flowers introduce the 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume, a medium to full-bodied, charming and supple wine with good depth at the core, lively acids and a precise, distinctly saline finish. - William Kelley. 

James Suckling:

A very fresh and fine nose with lemon-drenched, crushed stones, making a striking impression of Chablis terroir. The palate has a very fresh, grapefruit and lemon core with flinty nuances and a build to richer green mangoes at the finish. This is very good. Drink or hold.
