James Suckling:

A racy and mineral merlot with wet stones, slate, fresh plums and some blue fruit. Medium-to full-bodied palate with taut tannins and tense, bright acidity. There’s mineral tension on the palate before the bright finish. Delicious now, but can hold, too.

Tim Atkin:

Old-school Merlot from Calcaric, clay soils in the Penedès. Ripe, slightly dried red fruits, oregano, cedar and vanilla. Fresh and structured, with lots of soft tannin and a touch of sweetness from the French oak. 2024-2030
