Jarrarte 2018

The 2018 Jarrarte is a preview of what's to come with the rest of the 2018 reds—freshness, elegance, perfume and superb balance and cleanliness. Still very young and lively, this is medium-bodied and has fine tannins and integrated oak; it matured in second-year French oak barrels for 12 months. There is an elegance and subtleness, perfume and floral character than is the signature of the 2018 reds, but at 14.5% alcohol, it's not a shy wine. 9,919 bottles were filled in May 2020.
