The Wine Advocate:

The 2014 Finca Peña Lobera follows the line of freshness of the 2010 vintage. It's from the same single vineyard, a small plot of very old vines, with quite a lot of white grapes, planted at high altitude on shallow and stony soils with lots of limestone and surrounded by forests. There is no influence from the oak in the aromas; it's serious, balanced and fresh, with the incipient perfume the best wines from Ribera are capable of. It's silky textured and has great freshness, refined chalky tannins and an austere minerality that is a texture rather than a flavor. The bad news is that there are only 630 bottles of this. It was bottled in July 2016.
