Grey Chardonnay 2018

Produced with fruit from Casablanca, the smoky and nutty 2018 Grey Chardonnay is varietal and expressive, with some notes of popcorn, good concentration and freshness and the granite texture. It has the freshness of 2018 and moderate alcohol (12.8%). It was harvested early to avoid the tropicality and is a dry Chardonnay more about the palate and the texture. A step up. 24,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2019.
