Decanter:
One of the first of the new generation of young wines with a few months' ageing in a tinaja under flor. Aromas of almond, fennel and apple blossom lead into a lightly spicy palate with delicate notes of flor and a saline finish. Made in spring 2023 from a selection of tinajas.
