Forlong Burbuja Blanco 2021

The ancestral sparkling white 2021 Burbuja Blanco is a pét-nat produced with Palomino from albariza de barajuela soils. It has subtle and integrated bubbles that allow the personality of the wine to come through. 2021 was a cool year, and the wine has 12% alcohol and kept good freshness, while the acidity is not very high. It has primary notes and hints of fennel and aniseed. It has a velvety texture and a long, dry finish. It matured in bottle with lees for nine months. 3,300 bottles produced. It was disgorged in May 2022.
