L'avis des experts

The Wine Advocate:

The fresh and fruit-driven 2021 Blanco was produced with Palomino grapes from barajuela soils that give it a similar profile to the sparkling wine, with notes of white fruit and flowers and a touch of fennel and aniseed. It has moderate ripeness and 12% alcohol. It's relatively light and has very good acidity and freshness, and the wine comes through as more vertical and fresher with a saline twist and a faint bitter twist in the finish. It's the result of a cooler vintage with moderate ripeness. 24,000 bottles were filled unoaked in July 2021.
