The golden-colored 2019 Amigo Imaginario has a base of skin contact, "orange" Palomino from lustrillo soils that provide minerality. The process adds some tannins and more pungent aromas, and the moderate alcohol (13%) from a cooler year combined with two years in Oloroso barrels give it a very unique profile that combines finesse with power. Super tasty. 3,700 bottles produced. It was bottled in October 2021.
