Now into only its second vintage, Valderoble is a single vineyard wine from the páramo above Sotillo de la Ribera, located at what was once a pretty marginal 930 metres. Showing classic limestone notes, it's focused, refreshing and chiselled with subtle 50% new wood, pure red berry fruit and beautifully judged tannins. 2022-30
