Caramelized lemons, salty minerality, white flowers, and honeysuckle nuances emerge from the medium-bodied 2019 Saint-Péray Le Mialan, which has considerable elegance, good concentration, and the classic freshness and minerality of this appellation. I'd be happy to enjoy bottles any time over the coming 3-4 years or so.
