A good entry level Crozes, the 2020 Crozes-Hermitage La Matinière comes from a mix of terroirs on the lower plain and was destemmed and brought up in tank. It has some solid gamey, olive, and bouquet garni notes to go with plenty of dark, pure fruit, medium-bodied richness, supple tannins, and a great finish.
