Solomillo Wellington

Setas, foie y hojaldre envolviendo a buen corte de solomillo. Sabor y estructura que necesitan de un tinto redondo, sedoso y envolvente.

L'avis des experts

Tim Atkin:

This was the last vintage of Viña Pedrosa Reserva that was made by José Manuel Pérez Ovejas before his departure and it's a fitting tribute to his talents. Produced with Tinto Fino from the El Prado vineyard, it's a structured, well-balanced, ageworthy red that was aged in a combination of French and American oak. Focused, textured, spicy and floral, it's a wine with time on its side. 2023-35

The Wine Advocate:

Tasted from magnum, the 2018 Viña Pedrosa Reserva feels young and powerful, with high ripeness and a textured palate with abundant fine-grained tannins and a long, dry finish. This year produced 52,408 bottles and 2,934 magnums. It was bottled in January 2021.
