With its wonderfully distinctive label, this comes from a single parcel on red clay soils planted 50 and 105 years ago. It’s a classic Roberto Oliván field blend of Tempranillo with 10% Garnacha and 5% each of Viura and Malvasía, showing appealing freshness, a volatile lift, sweet sappy complexity and pepper and clove spices from 100% whole clusters. 2023-26
